Where do the people go and where are the young to replace

Over the past 20+ years - I have seen social groups from bowling leagues, to snow skiing clubs, to outdoor clubs drop in memberships Most organizations have an ample supply of baby boomers but are really lacking in younger people and even the ones that are active...are all less active than they were a few short years ago I realize that there are a lot of younger people that now do all of their outdoor? activies with a interactive game on their computer Maybe it is an age thing...where the young today ONLY want to hang out with people close to their own age and choose to not experience friendships with people of ALL ages.... 1. But...what is the answer... for keeping organizations and more important outdoor clubs growing and vibrant? 2. Are we all going toward an indoor-outdoor experience on our computer and will never know the smell of everygreens in the early morning hours from a ridgeline...watching the forest come alive ?? 3. Is the computer the tool we need to use to
